Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy
Ivan Bastan Company, which has been serving for nearly twenty-two years in the development of our beloved homeland of Iran, in the design and implementation of construction projects including residential, educational, industrial, and service buildings, believes: "In order to continue serving in the construction field with a wider, more productive, and successful presence in national and international projects," it is necessary to use modern management tools. In this regard, in the name of the Almighty, it has announced the establishment of an integrated management system in accordance with ISO9001: 2015, OHSAS18001: 2007, ISO14001: 2015 standards at all levels of the company and considers it mandatory for the entire company.
- In order to achieve the above goal, I consider it essential to observe the following principles:
- Attracting trust and increasing customer satisfaction by implementing projects within the framework of the schedule and the expected quality level
- Increasing the skill level of human resources through the required continuous training
- Providing financial resources appropriate to the needs of projects and intelligently managing them by applying investment policies considering the economic justification of projects
- Continuously improving and promoting the effectiveness of the quality management system by considering the necessary reviews, measuring and monitoring quality goals and processes
- Promoting a culture of public participation and quality in order to increase the productivity of activities and optimize costs
- Identifying and creating the processes required for the organization's integrated management system
- Adhering to safety and health principles in projects to ensure the health of human resources in the workplace and protect the environment
- Efforts to prevent accidents and occupational diseases
- Evaluating and controlling HSE risks in the organization
- Providing and using high-quality materials and equipment in accordance with the needs of the project and the quality level expected by employers
- Defining and creating the quality processes and goals required for the quality management system at the organization level The performance of the quality management system is regularly reported to the management by the management representative in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
