HSE Policy

Ivan Bastan Company, with its trained and experienced staff, is a project-oriented organization that works towards the development and pride of our beloved land of Iran to implement major construction and development projects in compliance with technical, qualitative and economic principles and is committed to implementing the following principles:

• Identifying work hazards and planning to eliminate or minimize these hazards.
  Identifying all environmental aspects of the company's activities and trying to minimize the environmental impacts of the company's activities in projects.
  Controlling work environments and creating a safe and healthy environment free from any hazards and pollution.
  Safeguarding and controlling all equipment and light and heavy vehicles in accordance with safety standards.
  Utilizing appropriate resources, machinery, and equipment to increase environmental safety
  Selecting contractors based on HSE indicators as one of the main criteria and requiring them to comply with HSE laws and guidelines
  Controlling subcontractors in terms of compliance with the principles and regulations of safety and labor protection, as well as preserving and protecting the environment and natural resources
  Creating and developing a systematic approach to all activities from the perspective of the safety, health, and environmental management system
  Making all employees at different levels responsible and accountable for implementing HSE laws, regulations, and guidelines
  Reducing the risk of potentially harmful factors to the lowest possible and acceptable level
  Commitment to maintaining employee health and reducing human accidents by complying with safety principles and regulations
  Efforts to identify, determine, implement, control, and review appropriate organizational goals and continuously improve the safety, health, and environmental management system
  Taking into account HSE standards in evaluating the performance of companies and individuals
  Supporting All employees, whether corporate or contractor, who request to stop work that is contrary to HSE principles
  Monitoring the effectiveness of the safety, health and environment management system through periodic inspections and audits (preventive) and analysis of accidents and near-accidents (reactive)
  Increasing the level of human resource skills by using appropriate training systems
  Promoting a safety, health and environment culture and general employee participation
  In order to achieve the above principles, this organization has implemented a safety, health and environment management system based on OHSAS 18001:2007 and HSE-MS standards at all levels and is continuously committed to its improvement and effectiveness.
